The Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) has long been innovative in communicating with their members. Historically, they repurposed the content of their bi-monthly publication online in PDF format. The United States Eventing Association (USEA) manages hundreds of equestrian events nationwide, dividing the country into ten competition zones. Previously, all events were published as a single product and distributed to all members, which was costly as few members competed in more than three zones. Mercury created an online solution so that USEA members can login and “build a book”—a unique product based on individual needs and comprised of only the competitive zones of interest to a member. Once an an online order is completed, production commences immediately and the book is manufactured and shipped directly to the member.
