In 2018, we celebrate 50 years of doing what we love: helping trade associations and non-profit organizations produce and publish their magazines. The company started in the late 1960s as the satellite office of a prominent Mid-Western offset printing company. Dan Drumheller purchased the company in 1994, after leaving his position as CEO of Lane Press in Vermont, and has been our president ever since. Today, we are an established publishing firm offering print production, creative services, and digital publications to our “family” of trade associations, schools, startups, alumni groups and others.
Publishing is our passion
While a lot has changed in the publishing world over the past 50 years, our commitment to top quality service has remained a constant and continues to drive us forward. Our mission is to help small associations, non-profits, and special interest groups promote themselves in a polished, attractive manner at an affordable cost. We utilize our publishing knowledge and expertise to help our clients accomplish their publishing and marketing goals.
Let us help you achieve your organization's goals
By combining our 50 years of experience with the latest high-speed commercial printing technology, we provide a wide range of print solutions to fit any budget. We help organizations who are just getting started with services like logo design and other creative services. If you want to update your brand identity, we can help you with everything from a logo update to a complete multi-media campaign. Rather than being invalidated by digital content, video, and animations, we have embraced change to help our clients stay relevant and take their organization's communications to the next level.
Looking forward to the next 50 years
We are thrilled to celebrate Mercury Publishing's 50th anniversary and reflect on the many projects we have completed over the years. We have built lasting relationships with many of our clients and look forward to continued relationships with them for many years ahead. After 50 years of publishing success stories, we feel like we are just getting started with a new and exciting chapter.
Our core business is printing magazines for associations like the National Peace Corps Association, the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, and the Divine Word Missionaries. We typically work with non-profits, but not exclusively. In addition to magazines, we print books, industry manuals, brochures, and direct mail pieces. We utilize new technology to keep costs low and to provide the best online publications. We want to thank all our current customers for being a part of our family for Mercury's first 50 years and invite you all to join us in an exciting and profitable future.
